The scene is outside the Damascus Gate of the Old City where a policeman was stabbed as he checked an ID card.

The stabbings and shootings are rampant in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and other areas around Israel.

In the most recent incidents, six Israelis – including Border Police and soldiers – and about that many Palestinians are dead.

Others are wounded, and more Palestinians are in custody.

Some are calling...

“Caught off guard.”

Those three words have come to define the Obama presidency.

We were “caught off guard” by the Taliban takeover of Kunduz, says The New York Times.

We were “caught off guard” by Russia bombing our allies in Syria, says The Wall Street Journal.
